York Equipment Ltd. will provide snow removal services for the signed clients to the address given for the winter season in accordance with the following conditions:

• Snow falls of 2 inches or greater

• Absolutely no moving vehicles while the operators are servicing the property

• No Walkways or Sidewalks

• Home owner is responsible for salting & sanding & icy conditions

• Windrow left by city road plows will be cleared within 24 hours ( greater than 6 inches )

• ALL PRICING IS BEFORE HST. FOR STANDARD SUBDIVISIONS STYLE LOTS
